Big non-news from Apple for filmmakers. No new Apple TV. The lame update to the Mac Pro (no Thunderbolt, no USB3) had some speculating its days are numbered. But Tim Cook apparently emailed a concerned user to say a big update will come next year. Until then, Cook advises using the new Mac Book Pro with retina display.
