“Apple of My Eye” was shot and edited entirely on an iPhone 4.  Not that I’m endorsing shooting, editing and scoring a professional film with this camera (despite how many cool dollies, cranes and apps you have), but it does seem like a fun filmmaking challenge.

Updated with behind the scenes footage, which shows the filmmakers did cool stuff like mount the camera on a model train. And that the editing took a long, long time.

BONUS: Here’s a music video shot with the iPhone4, showing the low-light capabilities (or limitations). According to this article, this video was not edited with iMovie for iPhone, and it was color corrected.

FYI: According to the folks at MacBreakWeekly, the FlipHD still performs better as a tiny video camera. Of course, it doesn’t do everything else an iPhone does.
