Wolverine Leak Doesn’t Seem to Have Dampened Interest
According to Deadline Hollywood, pre-sales of tickets are through the roof.
As you know, a clean copy of the film was leaked on the torrents not too long ago and supposedly downloaded a million+ times.
As I noted before, this is an accidental experiment in pre-releasing a movie online before theaters. I want to see a thoughtful analysis with some real numbers as to whether this hurt or helped Wolverine's box office. Somebody is bound to write one someday. I'll keep an eye out.
