Movie Fundraising Auction
A novel fundraising idea -- at least for indie films, though often used by non-profits. Filmmaker Cassandra Smith is trying to drum up an additional $3k to finish out production of her movie The Fall of 1980:
Kind folks have donated massages, private yoga instruction, private dinners prepared just for you at your own home, artwork and more!

I wonder if anyone has ever planned to auction off props and costumes to raise money for post-production? Not a good idea unless you know you won't need them for re-shoots, of course.
