Stunt Cams
Soon there will be a review of a book called Shooting Action Sports on this blog. Until then, anyone out there who likes action sport crash cams should check out the Down&Dirty review of a new $350 SD-card mini camera - the VholdR. It looks like VholdR's site is also set up as a sort of YouTube for action sports videos.
I've also used an Elmo SUV cam at work. (They work great but you have to be very careful to mount the circular camera so it keeps right side up. Both that and the VholdR shoot standard definition. From what I've heard from movie productions, the preferred mini HD camera is the Iconix.
