Here're the nominees. Though I opted to DVR this year's Globes, I do definitely plan to liveblog the Oscars.

My thoughts: A lot of surprise wins. I don't expect Babel, Sacha Baron Cohen or Eddie Murphy to win Academy Awards. But this may give them momentum for nominations. Or maybe they'll end up deep-Sideways'd like Paul Giamatti.
