Happy Birthday John Singleton
I just heard on NPR it was John Singleton's birthday. Happy birthday, man.
It's been a good year for John. He directed Four Brothers, a no-nonsense revenge pic that was a commercial success. He also produced indie darling Hustle & Flow with his own money, leveraging it for the highest ever distribution deal made at Sundance. WTG!
