What Top 100 list contains Drunken Master II and Barry Lyndon? TIME Magazine's of course.

There are a lot of pleasant surprises (Talk to Her, City of God) and a confusing amount of lesser movies by great directors (Smiles of a Summer Night, Miller's Crossing). They cheat a little, whole series count as one movie, including The Decalogue (which is really kinda dull, especially when matched against Kieslowski & Piesiewicz' Blue, White & Red trilogy). But there's a solid case for each and every film.
