Ten Manipulations: Pre-Pre Pros

The signifigance of meeting at Cosi will be lost on all but a few readers of this blog. Then again, there are only a few readers of this blog.

Me and Ernest and hopefully Brandon will all be converging on one of Zagat's least favorite places and one of the Olsen twins' most favorite to talk about the massive paradigm shift undergone by TEN MANIPULATIONS.

Yes, I did do some rewriting on the script this weekend; but no, that's not what I'm talking about. What I'm talking about is Ernest's sudden urge to shoot this cheap and dirty. We don't have a date but he has it mostly cast and we don't have money but we're hoping to have crews and locations all fall into line... sigh.

I'd like to bring in MS, who is a friend of mine and who I learned has producing experience (when I talked to him at the premiere of Wes Anderson and Noah Baumbach's The Life Aquatic cough cough).

Ahem. As I was saying, it's a meeting. A free-for-all. The idea of creating an LLC seems to be abandoned but I think we can still incorporate under a non-profit's umbrella. MS knows how do this, plus other stuff. MS is my friend I mentioned earlier, not MicroSoft. Smartass.

Then anyone can donate and we just have to keep receipts of everything so this non-profits place can do our taxes. It sounds goot to me. Let's hope this is the final phase of pre-pre-production.
