Party Cancelled?

Our first choice on location fell through. If our second one doesn't work, it looks like no party this weekend...

That's too bad, but not a killer. We'll be able to have a party later -- just after the holi-daze. More lead time for people will mean more people coming (I hope). Plus d9 should be done by then so maybe it will become a reading.

Meanwhile, we're meeting with a producer on Thursday who's going to give us some advice and hopefully contine to be involved on at least a limited basis.

So that's good. We're also going to be talking to a director soon. This guy read the script way back around draft 5 and really loved it, so I'm keen to hear his pitch on it.
