Weekend Round-up

First off, Ernest has made his virgin post. See, he really does exist :)

No rehearsal today, a) because I'm working on the new draft, and b) because I had tickets for two films today at the New York Film Festival: Goddard's useless Notre Musique and David Gordon Green's excellent Undertow. I still owe a review of Look at Me, the opening night feature. But I won't work on getting up reviews any time soon unless people are really interested. I have scenes to write.

Speaking of scenes, I lost a new DON and AVERY scene last night when Final Draft crashed. If anyone out there is thinking about upgrading to version 7: DON'T!!! It has been nothing but buggy and this crash, where I lost a serious amount of work, is about the last straw for me. I've dutifully downloaded each update, and still it crashes. I might have to go back to version 5, which I still have installed.
